At ASF, we’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to help drive business growth through the generation and closing of new opportunities 🚀.

🎯 What will be your challenge?

Generate new sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and close deals, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

🔎 Main Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities (outbound / inbound).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: contact, discovery, proposal, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and offer business-oriented solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial proposals and closing terms.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Manage opportunities and pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.

🧩 What are we looking for?

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally services or technology).
  • Experience generating business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Consultative sales techniques.
  • CRM management.
  • Sales pipeline management.
  • Tertiary or university degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Intermediate English (preferred).
