🎯 What will be your challenge?
Generate new sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and close deals, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
🔎 Main Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities (outbound / inbound).
- Manage the full sales cycle: contact, discovery, proposal, and closing.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify client needs and offer business-oriented solutions.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and closing terms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage opportunities and pipeline through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
🧩 What are we looking for?
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally services or technology).
- Experience generating business opportunities and closing deals.
- Consultative sales techniques.
- CRM management.
- Sales pipeline management.
- Tertiary or university degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- Intermediate English (preferred).
